Follow the Paris shows beyond the front row
The provisional fashion-week calendar includes digital presentations and selected livestreams.
You do not need a front-row invitation to follow every part of Paris Fashion Week. The FHCM’s provisional calendar distinguishes physical access from digital formats, making it possible to plan around the shows that will have an online presence.
The next womenswear season runs from 28 September to 6 October 2026. For online viewers, those are the presentation dates to save; Spring/Summer 2027 is the name of the collection season. Always check the time displayed by the organiser before setting a reminder.
Read the format, not just the name
A livestream and a digital presentation are not necessarily the same experience. The first suggests following a scheduled broadcast; the second identifies an online format without automatically promising that every moment will be live. Read the wording attached to the particular entry.
The official calendar currently includes livestream listings for Dior and Saint Laurent on 29 September. These are useful starting points for a viewing plan, but the schedule is provisional. Confirm the final listing and follow the federation or the house’s official link.
There is also a professional digital layer. FHCM describes an online version of its SPHERE showroom alongside the physical programme for emerging designers. Its invitation-based access should not be confused with a public broadcast aimed at anyone following the shows.
Build a watchlist you can enjoy
Our suggested approach is to pick a few presentations and leave time to compare them afterwards. A manageable watchlist can be more rewarding than trying to keep up with every notification. Note what you observed directly and what you learned from somebody else’s review.
That distinction will guide WHIF’s coverage too. A programme announcement is a guide to what is coming; a collection assessment should follow the actual presentation. For now, the official calendar is the practical route into Paris fashion from wherever you happen to be reading.
